eSim functionality on ZBook 17 G5

I made every check about eSim compatibility about ZBook 17 G5 and is on the list as compatible eSim device but my try to make it work is without success, WWAN card Intel XMM 736 LTE A. HP not respond with clear answer what is possible problem here, if anybody heave idea I will very apreciate that.

The https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/c06295019 states that eSIM is enabled in you XMM7360 by a firmware update, softpaq SP91807.

HP has removed the download for some reason but I tracked it to another website. Looking at the softpaq innards, it looks like it is just a driver package from 2018, and installer also states it as such. Without the XMM7360 WWAN card I can't confirm this personally.

If even with the latest drivers you don't see eSIM activation buttons in Netowrk / Cellular settings, I cannot help you any further, sorry.

Thank you for your advice, some of this options I already tried but no visible progress. I read review from other users who experience the same issue and they also complain about hp not provide solution for this card proper functionality, this isn't fair to customers.
