Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 elite x2 1011 G1s. A few weeks ago one of them stopped working with the keyboard. I set in on the keyboard and it sees it, even works for a minute or two then stops. Sometimesthe touchpad still works, just not the keyboard itself. I switched to the keyboard of my second elite and it does the same thing. The second one has not problem on either keybaord so it's not the keyboards. I think it charges while connected. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
