Product: HP EliteBook 745 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I press one of the volume control keys on the built-in keyboard (F6, F7), the box with the volume indicator appears at the top left and the bar moves, but at the same time there is no sound.
If I then, for example, close the browser with youtube and open it again, the sound comes back. otherwise I can not activate the sound again.

We solved our problem.
In device manager, we uninstalled the sound card and also answered yes to remove driver.

When we rebooted, Windows found the sound card and installed driver again.
