external monitor display in blurred

 i  have  hp  zbook 15  g5  mobile  workstation  with   nvidia quadro  p2000  dicrete  graphics.

 when  i  connect  external  monitor  24"  the  letters  are  in  blured  condition.

the  monitor  is connected   in  hdmi  port.

please  help me.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

A blurry display when using an external display may indicate a scaling issue / it's a matter of configuration usually. If the display of the internal monitor is not "compatible" with the external monitor, it may render a poor or fuzzy display.
