The fingerprint reader has recently stopped working other than at power on.  If you lock WIndows then you cannot unlock it with a fingerprint, it's not even an available option.  The HP Client Security always says "The credential is not enrolled" on the fingerprint component.  I've uninstalled HP Client Security, the Fingerprint reader software & drivers and cleared all the fingerprint data using the BIOS setup.  Reinstalled everything and reconfigured it but the same problem.  I don't think it happened when I upgraded from Windows 10 v1803 to v1809 but I guess it's possible.  I cannot now go back without re-installing Windows.  Anyone else seen this problem or got any suggestions?
