Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

On my HP elitedesk g3 800 which I just buy i have a flickering white dot on it's two display port. I changed the Cable but I still have same problem. even I have this dot's on bios or HP logo.

I really appreciate if you could help me.
