good dya guys please i need bios bin file for hp elotebook 8570p, or the system is not displying on screen, i try ram, processor, and i read all the ics, everything working fine. i think is the bios.

I found the BIN file in the download of BIOS F.74 Rev.A sp96091.exe

Once that has been downloaded, open the file with 7-zip.  the BIN file is the either the 68ICF.CAB or 68ICE.CAB, depending on which one is appropriate for the PC configuration you have.  Open the CAB file also with 7-zip to find the BIN file.

I assume you are wanting to flash from DOS, otherwise, I do not know why the question.
