Product: Zbook G5 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I am interested in upgrading the graphics card in my Zbook G5 17 and I was wondering if the RTX series cards for the G6 although not officially supported by HP can be substituted for the P series cards as the connection pins appear to be identical.

Hello
If I were you I wouldn't do such operation because:
- BIOS will not recognize the RTX card if it's not supported by HP on Zbook 17 G5
- that RTX card could produce more heat and the zbook 17 G5 may not cool as it should and power-off
it would be better to try to sell your Zbook 17 G5 and bye a Zbook 17 G6.
bye
