Hi:

 

Every HP EliteBook 745 G6 Notebook PC comes with a SIM card slot.

 

What 90% of them do not have is the required WWAN adapter that connects to the cellular network.

 

If your notebook does not have this model WWAN adapter listed under the Network Adapters device manager category, inserting a SIM card in the slot serves no purpose.
