Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I would like to know how I can re-install or install a power plan recommended by HP, recently I reinstall all the OS but unfortunately, the power plan recommended by HP is missing. Does exist any program for installing

This program is only compatible with business laptops, below is the link to the program.
