The first thing to do is check if you have the necessary hardware. You must open Device Manager, go to Networks, and see if you have either of these two cards installed.

 

HP lt4120 LTE/EVDO/HSPA+ SnapdragonT X5 LTE Mobile Broadband Module
HP hs31110 HSPA + Intel Mobile Broadband Module

 

If you don't have them, then you must buy them.
