Product: hp 245 g7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello. I just got this laptop from a retailer but the specs are very odd and not listed on hp store
it says GPU is RTX 2060
processor Ryzen 5 3500u
16GB ram - 512ssd+1TB HDD
it seems hp never made that, and the specs sticker was torn off the package. yet, the laptop inside says it got all these specs. something seems wrong. any ideas?

Where do you get that information ? hp 245 g7 is a series of many models/products with many different options/configurations/combinations using the following list
