Hello everyone, I have a problem with my hp elitebook 1040 g9 notebook, I'm trying to upgrade the ram to 64Gb with ctucial banks 64gb kit ddr5 cod. CT2K32Q48C4085 but unfortunately nothing starts, it remains a black screen despite crucia saying that they are 100% compatible, what type and brand of ram can I mount on this pc

BUT from my experiences for HP Elitebook machines, only use part(s) from HP. You can use parts on page 46 of the following manual

 

            https://kaas.hpcloud.hp.com/pdf-public/pdf_7793191_en-US-1.pdf

 

It is more expensive BUT works.
