hp elitebook 8570p reset bios password administrator (biosconfigutility)

i want to reset the admin bios password of my elitebook 8570p with the command  biosconfigutility /nspwd:"pwd" but i received the following output  

do you have an idea to solve this issue ?

ps: it s a new installation of windows 10 so the computer name has changed

i don't remember the admin bios password and i don't know how to reset it :s 

i see these informations  but not usefull for me because i don't remeber the password :

BIOSConfigUtility.exe /nspwdfile:"new password.bin"

Use the following sample command to modify the BIOS setup password use:

BIOSConfigUtility.exe /nspwdfile:"new password.bin" /cspwdfile:"current password.bin"

Use the following sample command to remove the BIOS setup password use:

BIOSConfigUtility.exe /nspwdfile:"" /cspwdfile:"current password.bin"

nobody know how can i have this customised SMC.bin file ?

because i follow the link to contact someone but it looks like a loop i don"t find an email.

Someone has an idea ?
