Product: Elitebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My battery should be fully charged however my laptop will not turn on... i've tried with power cable in and out... holding the start button down but nothing i've tried so far has worked ... appreciate if someone could help.

Hi,

When you attach the ac adapter does the charging led come on?

When you press the power button are there any signs of life? Leds, fans ...

Hi the power light flashes amber a few times but no other signs of life

Hey Mate,

Do you notice the Caps Lock key blinking at all?

Have you tried holding the power button for 15 sec?

How comfortable are you on taking the battery out?
