Hello.
Your laptop can only be unlocked by the company that owns (or owned) the laptop. There is a Computrace anti-theft module in your laptop that cannot be bypassed unless the protection is disabled - only the company that set this up can disable it.
The laptop may be stolen or the original owner forgot to remove the protection when it was sold.
Your only options are:
If you work for the company the laptop belongs to - call the Help Desk number shown.
If you bought the laptop second hand - ask for your money back, or ask them to resolve this problem.
If you bought the laptop from the company that owned this originally, ask them to disable the protection.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
