Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hp ProBook 6560b not powering on , the power light blinks from amber to white.

nothing else works. bought a new power adapter does the same thing.

hold power button for 1 min does nothing, remove the battery and hold the power button does nothing.

can someone tell me what is the problem?

could a dead battery cause this?

i had other laptops and they all worked fine without the battery.

thank you

Same issue here - the laptop was put to sleep mode on last usage. Saw same issue in some other thread as well.

HP, what is this bug on this laptoo model? Is it on the motherboard, an hardware issue, or what would be the explanation?
