Hi @nogoomfx,

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

I understand you are facing issue with the screen resolution.

Don't worry I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Are facing this issue after an update?

Is that the same issue with a different application?

Perform the following to change the screen resolution:

  1. Click Start , and then click Control Panel.

  2. Find the Appearance and Personalization area, and click Adjust Screen Resolution.

  3. In the Resolution menu, change the resolution to match the native resolution.

  4. Click OK, and then close Control Panel.

Keep me posted, how it goes!

If the information I've provided was helpful.

Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
