i need to know the specifications of the laptop but i cannot find it in HP support

i have the serial number and product number

The processor information should be included.

Processors are integral parts of the motherboard, so you have to find the motherboard part number and description.

It should include the model of the Wi-Fi card, the display type and resolution, etc.
