Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hey i have laptop which name is hp probook g6 450 . i faced some problem like keyboard problem . i think it software related problem . when i press "letter like a,b, c.." it dont work but other think perfectly work link "like tab , number"  . i also try screen keyboad but same problem . and the problem is i use password where i use only letter . but i can enter my bios system . please help how to solve this problem .  i try safe boot , screen keyboad , usb keboad  but now working . in bios keyboad work perfectly . Because i can not enter password so i can enter my pc .
