Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

Hi, I have an hp probook 6560b, working fine.I recently changed the hard drive  with a new ssd drive with pop!OS installed on it  and now it wouldn't  boot.  it  gives me a no signal but when iI back to the original sata drive it worked fine. as soon as I put back the ssd  i won't boot . what is the problem and how can i fix it. thanks for your help
