Can anyone advise me hoe to correct the magnifier screen from appearing black when an external screen is plugged in please.
The magnifier is clear on the external screen but appears black on my laptop.

This could be an issue with the graphic driver. Let us try these steps:
Install updates using HP Support Assistant
- In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
- Check for updates.
- If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
Also, check for any pending windows update. Reboot the computer.
