my HP Spectre x2 - 12-a010nd (with DataPass) will not start up

My detachable laptop will not start up / boot. I tried all the hints on the service pages, but without result.

When i tried to start my laptop the previous time, my battary was to ow so it stopped while booting. Now it isnt starting up at all. 

Anybody a hint what to do?
