Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop Hp elitebook 850 g5 function keys are not working correctly they are not performing the tasks that they should perform like changing brightness , Volume and other similar things

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest W11 HP Hotkey Support software from your notebook's support page:
