Product: HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My pc keeps getting hang continuously and I have to first power it off just by pressing the power button for 3 to 4 secs and then turn it on again and then only it works and responds. or else when it gets hangs it doesn't work respond and functions in any way without that power button which also works after a short time period. now all I want to know is that what else is needed here. I asked one of my friend and I got the answer that I should get my windows installed meanwhile my windows are already installed and I am using Windows 11 pro what else should i do other than this when I have the updated windows already.. now if there is any soltuion do let me know.
