Hello.
Does the laptop detect ANY cards or just one card?
Do the cards work on another computer or reader?
What type is your SD card? Your laptop cannot read the latest SDUC card types.
Check the BIOS settings of your laptop. Start you computer and keep hitting F10 when the HP logo is shown.
Use your mouse to navigate to Advanced menu.
The SD card reader is either in the Built-In Device Options or Port Options submenu. Click on them and If the reader is not shown, it must be in the other menu. If the SD card is not enabled, enabled it. Press F10 to save and exit the BIOS settings and try again once Windows loads.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
