my window security virus and defender and rest option is not working

I was installing GTA vice city on my pc so I disabled my window virus defender but now after uninstalling the game I went to activate window security but it's not working and opening and my reset option is also not working... please help

In most cases, the simplest solution:

=> Use Windows Restore to return to the restore point before the error occurred.

Repeat GTA setup. Do not disable windows virus defender !
