Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I reinstalled Windows 11 with Media-Creation-Tool an installed all the drivers using HP Support Assistant.

The download from myHP-App with Presence from the HP Driver-Website is possible. The download and installation wizard downloads myHp with Presence, the install button appears, but the program isn't installed. There's no error message, though. The file is unzipped and extracted and is then located in C:\SWSetup, but it isn't installed. Manual installation doesn't work either.

 

How can myHP be installed correctly with Presence?

Does anyone have any idea how to installer myHP after downloading of the installer doesn't work?
