My PC need framework so the functions can work, like Fn Volume up or down

Hi:

 

To add .NET Framework 3.5 to W10, go to the Windows control panel>programs>Turn Windows features on or off.

 

A window will open, a list of programs will populate, and the first one that shows up should be .net framework.

 

Check the box to install it.
