HP EliteBook 850 G7 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

i bought a elitebook 850 g7  from someone on the only really used ad market here i sweden, and you cant use it at all without proper identification so its pretty safe in that regard--

this guy and 5 others where dismantling and dissolving their company ... and was selling what they had.. so it´s a business laptop ...it seems like HP doesnt like at all that it´s in private hands with lots and lots of warranty still active and i want this machine to act like i know i can.  about the warranty, hp cant decide if it´s 4 months 6months 7months or 9 months left by the way ... i´ll take 9....its always one of those numbers. and shifting randomly

i cant get anything to work because its allways same problem however way to reinstall windows i do ... or how i run the recovery

1 time i got it to what i always wanted .... must have been A TRUE factory reset or the very first setup made by hp emplyees ... just perfect, supersharp graphics , not the standard win10 childsplay dull look. and no crap everywhere in startmenu, (solitaire, really ???)

not a single hidden device in device manager .... and nothing that isnt connected or anything  just mint

but it ended like always ... more and more acces denied whatever i do untill its back to the bootloop or winhello broke/camera not working/wrong pin (no chance in hell)

is it possible to ever get it going ????   i tried so much i dont know what to try. Hp website refered me to

authorised service providers and the one that was available closest to  didnt do service at all ??!!?

im suspecting either some nasty malware or hardware issue ...

Please give me some hope 😃

management by not asking any questions first ... sounds like microsoft/windows
