not able to use prt scr button provided at side of shift button in Z book . Please guide me the procedure for using .

Hello.

 

While pressing Fn button on the keyboard, press the right shift button withe the "prt scr" text on it. If this does not work, proceed to test whether both keyboard buttons work.
