not able to use my sim card in my Elitebook G6 even I'm inserting properly inserting the sim card

im not able to use the  sim card on my Elitebook g6. even the sim inserted is working properly in phone and has an active network in phone. Im not able to see SIM card releated option in my NETWORK section under setting. help if possible

Many laptops include the sim card slot -- not all computers include the necessary WWAN module inside the computer that provides the SIM card a way to talk to the Mobile Broadband network provider.

The Mobile Broadband adapter is an option -- you must add the feature during a custom build order or the option must come as part of a bundled purchase.

Tab View > Check Show hidden devices

Expand section Network adapters
