my laptop is. hp elitebook 745 G4

os. windows 10 build 19045

bios. p81 Ver. 01.46

i bought a new battery replacing the old one that lost its battery life into 45% and the new battery only lasts 2.5 hours with low usage like watching with airplane mode and power saving mode enabled ( but the sleep mode works good ) so i tried to find the issue and the command ( powercfg /energy ) says that pci express aspm is disabled while it is actually enabled in the power plan settings but also i cant find it in the bios

Hello.

 

The Windows Power plan settings contain the setting for PCI Express Link State Power Management.

 

Depending on your current Power Plan, the setting may be off. Set it to partial or full power savings.
