Product: hp elitebook 8470p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I already sent a message in order to get a file smc.bin so I can overcome the message "invalid serial number" which appears in starting

note : the laptop is its type hp elitebook 8470p and its SKU:C7H37UC#ABA

Please help me and take care of my message

I've already informed you that we can't help you get that file.

 

This is a peer to peer forum, not HP technical support.

 

Futhermore, you need the HP DMI tool to change the serial number, and no one here has that either.

 

You have to take your PC to an authorized HP service center and have them tattoo the BIOS with the information you need added or changed.
