Hello team, I  have HP 348 G4 notebook PC , suddenly my delete and printscreen key stopped working, if anyone knows solution for this, please help me out. 

I have tried doing these steps: 

1) Update device driver

2) Roll back device driver

3) Uninstall device

I tried these steps, there also delete key didn't work and consequently test failed. Please suggest me, What should I do now?

Try to clean the keyboard carefully and use a vacuum cleaner. Often there is dirt under the keys, which restricts the function of the key or prevents it altogether.
