Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello
I have a problem charging my HP probook 455 G8 laptop, 65w charger via i-tec USB-C Metal Nano Docking Station 4K HDMI LAN + Power Delivery 100 W (https://i-tec.pro/en/produkt/c31nanodocklanpd-2/). The manufacturer's website indicates that the product is compatible and that it should work. The hardware detects, 2 seconds the laptop charges then stops charging, but the docker sees. on another laptop charging works normally. I searched a lot of forums for solutions but could not find anything 😞

Does HP confirm that ? I know the HP USB-C Gen 5 dock is compatible with  HP ProBook 400 series G5, G6, G7, G8
