Good Morning 007,
The CPU is surface mounted on the system board and cannot be replaced. Only way to upgrade your laptop to faster CPU would be to replace the whole system board which would be a rather expensive endeavour and I would not recommend replacing it yourself unless you are used to repairing laptops.
The Maintenance and Service Guide for your laptop model (page 19), lists the system board options for Probook 450 G8 if you want to check online prices. If you have further questions about the system boards or the replacement procedure, go ahead ans ask.

Good morning Jupitero ( = HP Secret Intelligent Service ),
Really appreciate for answer. THank you. Could you help me to show the part number of mainboard where i can buy in the market, if those part has cpu solderred already also would be good to. It is harder for me to find part number in some EC site.
Again, Thank you so much.
Kind Regards,
Lam.

We meet again, Mr. Bond.
The image below is from the Service manual I linked to in my earlier message.
Every system board comes with a CPU.
If your laptop has discrete graphics (Nvidia Geforce MX450), then the easiest way to upgrade is to choose a board with discrete graphics as well. If you have UMA (Intel graphics), then go for the UMA model. Otherwise you would have to replace the fan, heat sink and bottom cover as well. (part numbers and instructions are included in the manual for them as well).
If your laptop came with Windows 10 license, you need to change the part number to end '-601'. Therefore the part number for system board with Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor with Nvidia graphics and Windows license would be M21690-601. If you go for the Non-Windows board, your Windows will ask for Windows activation.
WWAN in the list means LTE 4G - if you have a 4G module installed, it won't fit in any i7 models.
You can try obtaining these spare parts through HP Commercial (=Business) laptop service centers who can check the prices and availability and order the part for you - and they can also replace the board in your laptop as well. Use the HP Service Locator to find one near you. This is the easiest and surest way to have a working laptop after the surgery...
You can also try finding the part at HP Parts Store or just search for the part numbers on the internet and/or at online marketplaces such as Ebay, Amazon etc.
Good luck.
