Your machine was built around 2012, due to the whitlist, it supports the following wifi cards

- Atheros AR9565 802.11 b/g/n with Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter part # 690019-001
- Broadcom 4313GN 802.11 b/gn 1x1 WiFi and 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter part # 657325-001
- Rallink RT5390F 802.11 b/g/n 1x1 PCIe C part # 670691-001
- Ralink RT3290LE 802.11 b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter part # 690020-001
- Ralink RT5390R 802.11 b/g/n 1x1 WiFi Adapter part # 691415-001
You can try your card at your own risk but you probably need one more antenna
