Hi, I have an HP Elite Dragonfly Max that came with tile installed--- but the Tile does not ring when I try to find the laptop. Tile support informed me that not all HP laptops have the audible ring function with the installed Tile, just location service. Is this correct (and if so, what is the point of an installed Tile if you can't ring it to find it? The location is only so accurate/ helpful, especially if laptop is in a bag, under a pillow, etc)
