After the latest update installed 1-2 days ago, my device is rebooting multiple times with interval of 10-20 minutes. Also sometimes when i left it on for >20minutes it automatically shuts downs & sometimes doesn't start even after pressing power button multiple times.

You installed an update and some devices are no longer working. You need to either uninstall the update or alternately roll back the device driver to an older one that was working before.

Have you run diagnostics? Make sure your hardware is working OK before attempting a repair of Windows.
Tap the ESC key after turning power on. . Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to invoke UEFI diagnostics. If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty and Click here for world-wide contact info

If you cannot start Windows normally, then bring up Windows in it's Safe Mode. How to start Windows in Safe mode

1. Either uninstall the problem update or even better just fix the device.

2. Rollback the driver that the Device Managers shows as failing or is the wrong one.

If you tried the above and was unable to get into safe mode then try booting a USB that has window 11. Do NOT install 11.
just boot it up and select the repair option

Use an 8gb flash drive and download the win11 ISO Multilanguage edition.

Then Advanced => Troubleshoot => Startup Settings => Safe mode

Once you get into safe mode then bring up the device manager and rollback the video driver
