Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I sent my laptop in to repair a broken left hinge. I paid $414.95 and was sent a mailer. After weeks of updates that they were waiting on parts, I received a letter that said they were returning it unrepaired, End of Life Notification,

Am I intitled to a reimbursement since they did not fix it? $414.94 is a lot of money.
