Hello, my laptop battery is dead and I got the message that it needs to be replaced with a new one.

Could yoiu please let me know how can proceed. Do you have a support phone number for asking for replacing the battery?

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP ENVY x360 Convertible PC

 

Chapter 3, page 20 has the battery part number and description.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP ENVY x360 Convertible PC

 

Battery (4-cell, 55 WHr, 3.6-Ah, Li-Ion)    HP part # L43267-005

 

HP does not sell the battery you need.  They provide this list of resellers that may help.

 

The HP Parts Store | HP Computer Parts | HP Printer Parts | HP parts | hp batteries | SSD | printhea...

 

You can also do a search by the HP battery part number on Amazon or eBay and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP part number.
