I purchased an HP 3 months ago and I've had to send it back for a week battery. The HP is constantly problematic when connecting to the internet. I've been on the phone with HP support and my cable company. They do the best they can, but I've had to borrow laptops from others and have to restart so many times. I even purchased another HP laptop and had to return it because of the same issue. They are refusing to refund my money so I can purchase a proper device.  I am at my wit's end. I am a student. The HP is not serving the purpose it was intended to serve. Please help me.
