Hi. I bought a sealed, brand new elitebook 830 G10 on ebay. Everything is fine, but when I started to check the warranty, the serial number is not accepted by the website. Can you tell me what to do? Thnks

Make sure you type the serial number and part number correctly >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/check-warranty
Pay attention to differences like the letter O and the number zero 0, for example, Letter L or number 1, etc etc
Also, check the serial number in the HP part surfer and check if it is recognized there >> https://partsurfer.hp.com/

I can confirm that I see the problem with the warranty page on my end, too.
The SN looks legit and I do not see any problems with it.
In my opinion, this is a website glitch. I have just reported this problem to the respective department inside HP. You will be informed once this is resolved.
What is most important for your warranty status : the proof of purchase document (PoP) such as invoice, receipt, etc... anything you have as an evidence for your purchase of the product based on your country (location) and the location of purchase. Please, keep this PoP in a safe place should you need to use in-warranty service of your device.

Thank you, you've given me a little bit of confidence. But nevertheless, is it possible to assign a clear warranty to this laptop, from which date it is valid and to which date? I don't know, but I might have to do some updates through the website.

Do not worry. It will be fixed in the website eventually. Your problem has been reported to the respective department inside HP. I will inform you here once this is resolved, your case is on my watch-list of cases.
