Hello,

 

I have a Zbook G6 17'' and sometimes when I put it into sleep mode then the laptop is still working - but the screen is black, fans works, USB devices are still under voltage (keyboard and mouse is still lightning for example).

 

I tried turning hibernation off, downloaded hp support assistant for downloading all up to date drivers etc.

 

But still this error happens. Not every time - sometimes the sleep mode works and sometimes not. So something might be wrong but I dont know what.
