Try this:

  1. Go to Settings → Apps → Installed apps.
  2. Find HP Sure Click, HP Wolf Security, or HP Sure Click Enterprise.
  3. Open the three-dot menu beside it and choose Modify or Advanced options.
  4. Select Repair, if it is offered.
  5. Restart the laptop and launch the blue Sure Click browser again.
  6. Now check.

Thanks for your advice. "Repair" option is not available. UNINSTALL only available.hp UNINSTALL Option 2026-10-02 185325.png

The software app for "hp sureclick browser" is not available. Fed up with hp that to navigate and find resources on their website is such a pain. Paying premium service for the laptop but service support is pathetic. When will hp learn to provide an easy path for customers?

If it's your personal laptop then Uninstall hp wolf security and then reinstall it from this link:

Now, restart and check.
