We have 6 Notebooks model HP ENVY 13-ad000 all the 6 devices batteries got swollen, we believe it is a factory defect!
and more than that I am unable to contact customer support when I key in the Serial number I got directed to a page saying "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request"
what should I do?

To protect your hardware from potential damage, HP recommends that if you are experiencing battery swelling, discontinue use of the notebook until you can replace the battery.
did you try to contact hp at this link ? replace Country/Region according to your location
