Product: EliteBook 8570p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In device manager, it shows other device BCM20702AO. I have look threw the forums and seen several computers with this error. However from what I see it seems to be a different driver depending on the model of Notebook.

Hi:

 

Yes, you are correct.   That device needs the Broadcom bluetooth driver and bluetooth drivers are dependent upon what model wifi card the specific notebook has.

 

Apparently, yours has a Broadcom wifi card...

 

Here's the driver you need...

 

This package contains the Broadcom Bluetooth driver and software for supported models that are running a supported operating system. Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Driver is required to enable Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 devices.
