Hi , i bought a stock Zbook 14 G2 . that have not any password on bios and i can edit my bios setting . but i have a problem
after turn on laptop that show a message with a countdown from 10 to 0 with this message :
"The Embedded Controller MUD data is not valid while MPM is locked. Please Unlock MPM,and lock again to capture valid MUD data ."
i search google and hp forum and find a solution with SMC.bin file . but i don't have any smc file !
i know that smc file is related product device and uuid .

In the past HP was providing SMC.bin file just ot be able to clean BIOS password.
I don't know if it was possible to unlock MPM using a SMC.bin file.
if you didn't it yet do
- "Apply Factor yDefault Setting"in MAIN menu
- and "Restore Security settings oi Factory defaults" , in Security Menu
if those two actions doesn't help, I have no idea then tell you to call HP Support in your country, I guess your computer is still in warrenty.
bye
