i checked the warranty details on your website and it says my warranty starts on 12th January,2023 but i purchases this device on 19th January,2023. i am attaching the bill of my purchase and hereby request you to update my warranty start date. IMG_2570.jpg

I see that you are facing warranty issues with your HP product wherein the warranty expiration date is not correct.

 

Please follow the steps from this document to submit a dispute to validate your warranty.
